I had been aware of the operation before it launched as my associate had dealt with the group of operators before through a mutual contact. It offers a unique and attractive way to earn, promoting it as "The New Way to Earn".

They do not accept and deposits of any kind, so the threat of another ponzi operation is a non-issue. I also knew of some previous business the group had been a part of in the form of some very large trading accounts that they hold with traders my partner and I deal with. They are large investors and I cannot imagine them running a program unless it was going to be very big.

The opportunity that they offer is made possible by the operator's connections with online casinos. They are essentially online casino affiliates who receive a commission for every new player that they bring to the casinos. A standard affiliate might receive $75 for referring a new player, however, thanks to their connections, CHYIPS can get a much more generous deal. It is these increased earnings that are passed onto the CHYIPS members. Essentially, you benefit from the deals that CHYIPS has with the online casinos.

The system works when a new member signs up, they earn by completing the offered promotions. A promotion involves signing up as a new player to an online poker site and completing a list of requirements. CHYIPS earns a referral commission for signing you up and a percentage of the this commission is entered into your CHYIPS account. You will typically earn $90 for completing a single promotion.

You can also refer others to complete the promotions and for every promotion one of your referrals completes, you will earn an amount (usually $20). This means that currently if one of your referrals signed up and completed all the promotions, you would earn $140 for that referral. I was impressed with their referral program as unlike other referral programs which are paid out of the pocket of the admins, every cent in referral commission comes from actual profit generation paid by the online casinos. This means that the referral program it is not a drain on the operation as a whole.

All your earnings for both completing promotions and referring others to complete them are entered into your CHYIPS account and will earn interest. You earn a variable rate of 0-10% each month on your account balance.

This is one I think everyone should take a careful look at.

www.chyips.com

Best of luck.

ps. The best, and I maintain that these program were in fact the best programs in the arena, have all seemingly proven their incompetence in one way or another. The unfortunate truth is not that the wrong programs were selected, but more accurately the HYIP arena in general is of a highly unprofessional and inadequate nature. The very best of this arena are still far short of the quality that would be expected from a serious mainstream financial institution. It is full of backwater and rogue programs run by average Joes and untrained nonprofessionals who have simply strung together a fund because they were "tired of getting scammed" themselves. They were the best in an unregulated and completely unprofessional arena; the 'best of the worst' it would seem.

Even simple qualities such as communication or a less than reckless attitude towards the safety of your money are ones associated with professional firms, not HYIP programs. It is only normal to feel frustrated with the way these operations conduct themselves, however, no program to date has come close to matching a highly regarded and highly professional financial institution, regulated and compliant; they have all been the exact opposite. Most, if not all of the HYIP programs are highly illegal and violate most country's pooling laws. I think it's best people come to realise what they are actually dealing with instead of expecting professional actions and executive decisions from these types of programs.

That being said, certainly not all is lost. I am currently researching some new and interesting prospects that are considered reputable by any mainstream standard. Hopefully my research can yield something that will redefine HYIP and give the arena some long needed credibility and stability.

Best of luck to everyone.

Udachu: a hidden diamond?

The Udachu enterprise has famously been quite reserved in terms of disclosing the true and complete nature of it's operations. Although such a stance is hardly a reason for much concern by itself, in the context of this arena, it is not so easy to accept 'implied' legitimacy and safety as adequate reason to invest. That said, Udachu is still around and appears to be doing nothing but expanding and growing as an investment firm. Although the immediate assumption about an operation that is less than willing to provide disclosure into their business is a negative one in this field, it seems that first impressions might not be so accurate in Udachu's case.

No major public release of information has occurred, however, a number of incidences over the past few months, coupled with some private investigation, seem to indicate a solid core to Udachu. An example would be the option to view the SGFH trading account for a small 10k entry (technically this option is not functional at the moment). The amount would mean that a number of investors will be able to gain access to the accounts and witness the activity first hand. Business developments such as D-Carat and Blue Banking, among others, comprise a conglomerate of functioning Udachu operations which also help to establish an increased sense of professionalism, stability, and a generally entrepreneurial group.

Apart from these external factors, a significant amount of my recent reassessment can be attributed to a number of private relations I have made. They have been very helpful in providing supporting evidence and have generally shown Udachu to be nothing less than competent and professional. Understandably, a bias prone relation in itself is a weak and 'intangible' type of verification, however, it can help to provide a framework for the more substantial pieces of information.

The recent reforms seem to be an impressive and necessary development for the company's long term success, buttressing the professional appearance Udachu has managed to maintain. Further details on the upcoming changes should be available soon, however, at this time, it appears to be a step forward for the company.

Although few definitive conclusions can be drawn on Udachu at this stage, we can now be cautiously optimistic. Let's hope the positive developments continue to arise, and that Udachu can prove to be the revolutionary investment firm that its surface projects.

Udachu Reforms

If you are an Udachu investor and still unaware of the new plans for reform within the operation, I suggest you read the details of what's going on at the Udachu Fund Forum.

New Fx-Experts Operation

From the administration of the popular investment program "Fx-Experts" comes a new and unique investment opportunity, "FXEMA". This new operation allows investors to open their own managed FOREX account for only $3,000. Typically, managed accounts require a minimum investment around the $20,000 mark, so this uncharacteristically small minimum at FXEMA provides a means for investors that previously could not afford the high minimums.

For those of you that are unfamiliar with the fundamentals of a managed account, I will briefly explain it for you. FOREX trading is done via the services of a broker in the same way that stocks are traded through a broker. If you wish to trade on the FOREX market yourself, you will first have to seek out a broker and open an account with them before you can start buying and selling. With a managed account, you open a FOREX trading account with a broker, just like you would if you planned on trading for yourself, however, you grant trading access to a professional trader who then trades the funds in your account. Essentially it is like having your money in a bank account as only you can withdraw funds, all the trader can do is trade your funds, which creates a high level of security and accessibility. You can monitor the progress of your account when ever you wish and can see your trader trading your account live.

The FXEMA managed accounts will be hosted by the reputable broker - InterbankFX (www.interbankfx.com). Trading will be effected by an Expert Advisor system, which means that a set of trading rules have been configured into the trading account and as markets move the system will automatically trade in accordance with these rules. The EA system used by FXEMA has already been tested for two years and was obtained by Marcos after a great deal of effort.

The trading methods are conservative and use a low amount of leverage which means the operation is aiming for a long term and stable partnership with investors. Returns are expected to be in the 10 - 15% per month range. A number of accounts have already been opened and so far trading has been going according to plan with accounts well into positive territory at the moment.

An important fact to note about the FXEMA operation is that currently only 100 accounts can be opened due to the software Marcos is using to manage them. Considering the success of Fx-Expert's other operations, these positions are expected to be filled fairly quickly (a number of positions have already been filled).

FXEMA will be open to investors within the next two weeks.

www.FXEMA.com

Udachu Now Completely Private

Both Udachu Fund and Udachu Invest have recently closed their doors to further applications and are now both completely private operations. This privatisation came as a shock to most with little to no notice from the Udachu administration and meant that a number of boarder-line investors subsequently missed out on the opportunity.

Seemingly in accordance with the nature of this Udachu operation, the reason for this sudden privatisation is not well known. It may be due to managerial problems, it may be that the administration , who knows? Again, it is something that we can only speculate about.

Some suggest that the enterprise's going private may be indicative of the operations legitimacy in some way, however, I still see Udachu as some what ambiguous. It remains a shot in the dark.

If you were someone who was interested in joining and missed out on opening an account before the operations went private, don't worry about it too much. There are programs with much more potential and transparency still open. Udachu, as it stood, was not a first or best option by any means.

Fx-Experts Managed Accounts

Fx-Experts has finally released their managed account (MA) option to the general public. Investors can now open their own forex trading account with an independent broker and have the Fx-Experts trader (Hermann Greb Netto) trade their account. The minimum investment is $25,000 USD and any inquiries for such an account can be made at the new section of the Fx-Experts' site.

The new MA's will not effect investors who want to get into the pooled accounts, with a minimum investment of $100. The pooled accounts are still open as per usual and will continue to be traded under Herman.

The following is a quote from the admin of Fx-Experts which details the traders accomplishments and provides a resume. Herman trades both the pooled and MA operations for Fx-Experts.

(note: The author of this resume is a Brazilian native and therefore his first language is Portuguese, not English)

"Hermann Greb Netto started trading FOREX market since 2002. He was introduced to Forex and his system by his cousin who lives in Bonn, Germany. He soon started to trade his own capital. At first he was having some challenges, but he continued to learn about the markets. Over time, his skills improved and he developed his own strategy which he is still using today.
Once he felt comfortable with his trading abilities, he started to trade with his father´s and brother´s money. In July of 2003 he began to manage his friends account. Soon thereafter he took on some other clients who were impressed with his performance. At the beginning of 2004 he started to operate a financial company in Brazil. Now he is trying to use his trading skills and past performance records to expand his client base around the world.

Courses

Technical Analysis and fundamental
Consideration to trade with solid strategies
Department of Economics University of Bonn –
Germany
Teacher/Trader: Thomas Luxsmann
February/2002 and April/2002

Technical Analysis and fundamental
http://www.forexcourse.com/forex-seminars.html
Workshop and Seminar - USA
Los Angeles California
Teacher/Trader: Peter R. From $730, the price proceeded to drop almost $200 to the mid $500 per ounce mark at rate of sometimes $40 per day. It has since stabilised after bouncing back to a small extent recently and now sits on $578 USD per ounce.

Hopefully the majority of you avoided any significant losses resulting from the rapid devaluation. Other than the threat of your e-gold balance taking a dive, a serious concern would be the effect the price drop has had on any programs you might be involved with. Due to e-gold being the dominant payment processor with these programs, most, if not all, hold a significant amount of funds in e-gold accounts to pay investors return on investment. While the majority of funds should be in trading accounts (assuming the program does trade) often 10's of thousands of dollars are kept in e-gold, which would mean thousands of dollars have been subtracted from those balances over the last month or so. Although the drop will effect the ponzi and scam operations much more than it will the legitimate programs, any loss or subtraction of funds is undesirable.

I don't expect any of the more solid enterprises to be heavily effected, however, I wouldn't be surprised if a few major ponzi investment programs and auto-surfs have been derailed.

Joyfund

Some of you noticed that a recent addition was made to the program list here on Investment Trust. The new program, Joyfund, is certainly an interesting prospect, and is worth some further attention.

Joyfund is a well verified operation that offers approximately %30 per month through commodity option trading. Public account positions were made available in April and the minimum investment to obtain one is USD$1,000. Investments are made via e-gold and there is a three month holding period on initial investments. There was previously an auto-forex investment option, however, this has been discontinued.

Joyfund's legitimacy has been well established through live trading analysis audits by my friend Rabbit (read Rabbit's review of Joyfund here), and will undergoe future regular audits by a professional independent auditing body. Another friend of mine who resides in the same country as the admin of Joyfund, Spain, only a few kilometers away, recently proposed an in-person meeting. Arnaud, the admin, was willing to accept any kind of in-person meeting with my friend, and such a meeting should take place once both parties can find enough time to do so. Arnaud also accepted an in-person meeting with a Spanish HYIPD member, Shandil, which should take place in early July. Although both meetings are yet to be carried out, the fact that Arnaud accepted both willingly provides a certain level of authenticity by the admin. Hopefully one of the meetings will be carried out soon, and it can be added to the already substantial list of verifications.

The following is the synopsis provided by Joyfund on its own operation:

"Joyfund's unique objective is to offer investment opportunities based exclusively on actual trading.
Comparable funds like Hedge Funds in such configuration ask for a minimum investment of $50,000-$1,000,000 (if you want to have a look).
In order to bring high returns to small to medium investors, we have to face an administrative hurdle that does not facilitate trading. But as we strongly believe in providing to everyone what only a few can supposedly afford, we will manage, with your help, such administration.

Joyfund will provide you with several long term investment opportunities (based on real trading!). Each time one of its funds reaches the 1.5 - 2M$ capital (such amount is needed in order to justify the implied increased costs), several events will take place:

* It will be branched out to a new entity,
* Shares will be issued to investors proportionally to their investments,
* Costs will be rationalized toward a lower burning rate and thus a higher profit share for investors,
* An internationally recognized external audit will be hired,
* The fund will be opened to high worth investors thus increasing fund's long term reliability,
* Money Management rules will change to enhance capital preservation."

There is an active and very informative discussion on Joyfund at HYIPD, where the admin partakes in the discussion frequently:

http://www.hyipdiscussion.com/private-hyips/20886-joyfund-info.html

www.Joyfund.info

Udachu Remains An Enigma

As you are all aware, Udachu is quite a highly regarded enterprise amongst most seasoned HYIP players, however, I see little to no reason why this should be the case. Although there is little information pertaining to Udachu's illegitimacy, there is similarly little to no information implying its legitimacy. I have been investigating Udachu for some time now, providing a wide berth for substantiating evidence to be uncovered, however, it is yet to appear. As you know, I have been in contact with the CEO of Udachu Financial Services, along with a number of the board members, all of whom seem to be relatively charismatic individuals. I was offered conference calls and further briefing, however, I am completely uninterested as at the end of the day words remain meaningless and redundant unless substantiated by evidential matter. It seems most investors are overwhelmed with the Udachu staff's character/persona and act upon their impressions as opposed to a factual base.

Some people suggest that Udachu's managed accounts offer some kind of referred security and implied legitimacy to its overall operation, however, this is less than accurate. The Udachu MAs are in fact run by an independent party, and have no connection to the operation other than Udachu being the referrer. An account with the mentioned MA can be set up independently of Udachu and has no direct connection to other Udachu investment operations. Essentially, they are not Udachu's MAs at all, it would be like one company referring a client to an independent operation and then going ahead and saying that the operation is somehow theirs. Therefore, the notion that 'Udachu's MAs' are in some way an indicator of legitimacy is erroneous and redundant.

The true nature of Udachu is nothing short of a mystery. At this stage it would be hard to distinguish them as the next PIPs or as a revolutionary investment enterprise. What we do know is that their legitimacy and underlying intentions are far from established, which is more than enough reason for me to avoid any substantial involvement in any of their operations.

If anyone is interested in any of the Udachu investment lines, understand that their accrediting information base is comprised entirely of words, explanations, and completely objective conjecture. No verifiable and factually based information is available.

Udachu Invest Launches

The much anticipated Udachu Invest begins its inaugural month today (May 5th) after a hectic and sometimes frustrating prelude. Over the past few weeks, investors and potential investors alike have been subjected to constant site difficulties and the inherent problems associated with any programs infancy and launch. The programs' site has undergone a variety of changes, both esthetic and mechanical in nature from flash presentations to the installation of DDOS protection and the implementation of a security code system. That said, the site is working well now and despite a fragmented service lately, it seems most people were able to process their deposits before the first months initiation.

If you are still having difficulties with the Udachu Invest web site, the following statement was issued:

Our websites were inaccessible for the past 3 days because of DDoS (Distributed Denial-of-Service) attack.
We have now installed new anti DDoS hardware to combat this issue but we are still working on this matter over this time our websites could be very slow or even impossible to access.
We are very thankful for your support and understanding. If you have questions regarding this issue please contact admin@udachuinvest.com

As with any new operation, you can expect a variety of new developments to present themselves every now and then, and I suspect the site will continue to evolve. I continue to speak with people from Udachu and anticipate the future of Udachu Invest.

<a href="http://www.udachuinvest.com/"target="_blank">www.UdachuInvest.com
(Should you need a code to access the site, simply contact me)

Udachu Invest (Interview with Rod Spiller)

From the highly acclaimed 'Udachu' enterprise, comes a new branch dealing exclusively in forex trading, 'Udachu Invest'; run in Panama. Udachu Fund Vielka Cielo Corporation has contracted four forex traders to trade exclusively for Udachu and Silver gate Investment Group. I have spoken with Rod (CEO of Udachu Financial Service) via msn and am glad to report that he has been very helpful and willing to answer any question presented to him.

I recently presented Rod with a list of questions on the new operation, his response was the following:

"I will try to answer your questions as best I can. But first I need to point out a few items so that there is a clear understanding. This industry is well regulated and very tricky. It is important that I stay well within the guidelines. I cannot post on any public forums with the intent of promoting some of the programs such as Udachu Fund and Udachu Invest. These two programs are a very small part of Udachu. I currently have 17 corporations globally. Some of which are promoted in the US. For example: Silver Gate Hedge Fund is near completion. This will be a SEC registered hedge fund. Gryphon Realty Investment Group is another one in which we accept partnerships in real estate within the US. As far as the two funds are concerned...They are not owned by Udachu and not run by Udachu. They are owned and run in Panama by Vielka Cielo Corporation. There is no advertising, none of the business is conducted in the US, and there is no form of self promotion. I am the CEO of Udachu Financial Services Ltd. Which is incorporated in the UK. Udachu Financial Services is a traders resource company. We teach people how to trade various markets as well as provide leverage for equities. The funds are private clubs that were started to open the opportunity for smaller investors to benefit. This is why we do not wish to promote. The admin will announce himself shortly to all of the Members of UI. Tom Brockman is the admin for UF.

Also please keep in mind that almost all information about traders, trading records, traders names or brokers is confidential. This is a contractual issue. If one was to open a traditional Manged Forex Account through us then they would have full disclosure as these are different traders and not pools. I will address your answers below:

Questions:

Question:
How many traders have you contracted for Udachu Invest? Do they all have the same amount of influence in the trading process?

Answer:
There are four contracted traders. They are only able to trade the accounts in which they are given.

Question:
Where did you find your traders, what kind of DD did you do on each, and what kind of qualifications does each trader have?

Answer:
I have at least 5 traders per week that contact me in order to trade for Udachu and Udachu affiliates. Very few make it. I analyze their trading style to make sure that they have a consistency vs. high returns. All of the traders have 5 or more years as well as expeiorience in trading multi million dollar accounts.

Question:
How long does their contract under Udachu last, and how binding is it?

Answer:
Three years with an option to renew. Binding? Any contract can be broken.

Question:
How have your traders been performing to date, is there a record of results thus far?

Answer:
With hundreds of traders to choose from I can safely say they perform well to make it this far.

Question:
What can people expect in terms of return on investment?

Answer:
Profit :-)

Question:
Do you maintain any kind of reserve fund, in what circumstances is it used?

Answer:
There was an initial seed capital invested with the traders to build a reserve. We hope to never use it.

Question:
What does the future look like for Udachu Invest? ie. do you have many undertakings that haven't yet come into full effect, or are things well established right now?

Answer:
We have many many projects. I mainly concentrate on the charitable side. More often than not I get the ball rolling on a project and it is then taken over by partners or staff. "

I received Rod's response in less than a day from when I sent him the questions.

<a href="http://www.udachuinvest.com/index.php?inv=81"target="_blank">www.UdachuInvest.com
(Contact me for a referral code to access the site by clicking "Contact me" in the side bar)

(Disclaimer: Unauthorised repetition of this article is not allowed in any way. Although there is nothing you can do to stop these unfavorable characters wanting your e-gold, there are a number of measures you can take in order to better secure yourself against their attacks. This article will outline the basic manual strategies you can implement, not what security software to buy etc.

One strategy you can adopt is the use of multiple e-gold accounts, and use each one for a specific purpose. For example, you might decide to open three e-gold accounts. You could have one account as a public account which you solely use to interact with your current investment programs ie. depositing and withdrawing funds to and from the programs. You would then have a private e-gold account whose account number remains completely private and only you know about; this is where you would store your funds should you need to. Should you need to store some funds in an e-gold account, you could withdraw funds from your selected investment program into your public account and then simply transfer them to your private account. An additional step that you can take would be to open a third e-gold account. This one you would also keep private and is created in order to split your stored funds into two locations. This way, should one account be hacked, your entire sum is not lost.

When creating multiple accounts, there are a few key rules you should abide by. Make sure you create a different and unique paraphrase for each and every e-gold account you use; if the paraphrase of one account is compromised, all accounts are compromised unless unique paraphrases are in place. You should also create a separate email address for each account. Set the AccSent feature to the highest setting on each e-gold account and do not use email addresses from providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail, as they are easily hacked. I would suggest you use an address provided by either Hushmail.com or Safe-mail.net (preferably Hushmail). In the same way you keep your private e-gold account numbers anonymous, it is desirable to use your unique email address only for communication with e-gold (receiving pin codes etc.), and not to use them publicly. Hackers have been known to spoof (the sending of large quantities of useless email messages to an account, like a DDOS attack on an email address) peoples e-gold email address, which in turn blocks that persons access to their account as they are unable to receive their AccSent pin. I'm sure all you Fx-Experts investors are aware of the spoofing phenomenon.

The best strategy to adopt, when dealing with e-gold, is to only store funds for as long as is absolutely necessary. Of course I am referring to larger amounts when I say this (it would be impractical and a relative waste of time with anything under a few thousand), however, you should get your money exchanged and wired into your bank account as soon as you can. Treat e-gold as an exchange service as opposed to something similar to a bank. E-gold is not a good place to store significant amounts of money due to security threats and fluctuations in value, your local bank is always going to be a better option.

I'm sure most of you were aware of the mentioned strategies for e-gold use, however, hopefully some new e-gold users can derive some insight from it.

Good luck everyone.

Investor Security

As an online investor, one must be highly cautious in regards to where they put their money and who to trust with it, however, this is not the only safety issue they face; there is also the very serious issue of spyware collecting sensitive information about accounts, passwords etc. Such information, once compromised, could potentially lead to significant losses.

Just like there seems to be a restless flow of new spyware threats, there is similarly a copious amount of ways to combat these threats. There is an extremely wide variety of programs to help better protect yourself, from anti-spyware programs, firewalls, anti-virus programs etc. to programs like 'hijackthis' (http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/index.html). This really is a very broad topic and could comprise a never ending article, so I will only suggest a few, more obscure, security measures to take.

One interesting security strategy that you can implement is to use what's known as a live CD. This is essentially an operating system on a CD which you boot from, instead of your hard drive. One such operating system which can be stored and run from a CD is SLAX, which can be found at: http://slax.linux-live.org/
Security is established via the live CD as a result of two key factors. One of these is that no spyware, virus etc. can save itself to the CD which your system is now operating from, unlike your hard drive, as the CD cannot be re-written. The other factor is that you can use an alternative operating system to windows ie. Linux. Over 90% of computers operate on windows and therefore the vast majority of malicious programs designed to invade your privacy are designed for windows. Although spyware can get onto your system while you are connected to the Internet from your live Linux CD, there will be a significant amount less that will target your Linux system, and none of it can save itself. So, each time you restart your sytem, all spyware etc is completely non-existent; you begin with a completely reformatted system every time you start up.

If you are serious about protection of sensitive data, my ultimate suggestion would be to get involved with some kind of hacking or professional computer users forum. This will provide you with a greater depth of knowledge into securing yourself, as opposed to simply running Norton every once in a while. In fact most serious computer minds strongly advise against using mainstream ant-virus software. Get involved and ask experienced hackers/techies questions about securing your system and have a thirst for knowledge.

I understand people usually like clear cut answers, however, this is an impossibility when it comes to securing your privacy on the Internet. Computer security is an ongoing and continually changing process, as the criminals trying to steal your information are almost unbound by any restrictions when it comes to ways of achieving their goal. Again, I strongly suggest you become involved in some kind of serious computer users forum for this very reason; they will be able to provide you with advanced methods for protecting your system.

Links:
Avoid using email accounts from providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail etc. as they are easily hacked. I suggest you open an email account with either Hushmail or Gawab:

www.hushmail.com

www.gawab.com

I suggest that e-gold users give the e-gold security section a peruse at: http://www.e-gold.com/unsecure/alert.html

You might want to have a look through a thread I started at HYIPDiscussion on security:
http://www.hyipdiscussion.com/general-discussion/19697-security.html

Fx-Experts

Fx-Experts is a transparent and well managed forex pool, created towards the end of last year. Extensive documentation of trading accounts and program undertakings have been presented on a number of occasions by the administrator of the program, Marcos Simao Matos. Below is a copy of the latest trading statement (obtained by nobshyip) along with a Certificate of Incorporation:

Trading statement

Certificate of Incorporation

To date, this program has been performing with precision, averaging in the range of 0.2% and 2% daily. Fx-Experts ROI is a variable interest rate which varies on a daily basis, depending on trading success. Your principal is never locked and can be withdrawn at your convenience at a fee of 10%.

Fx-Experts is a well substantiated and impressive program that I would expect to be around for a long while to come. A closer look at this program is definitely worth your while:

<a href="http://www.fx-experts.com/?ref=tojr"target="_blank">www.Fx-Experts.com

Sensa Trust

Sensa Trust has become one of my favorite independent auditing companies to date. It is an in-depth investigatory company who performs extensive and thorough research into investment programs. They perform proper due diligence (DD) by reviewing extensive documentation of trades and performance claims made, interviewing program administration in person, checking physical addresses, checking phone registries etc.

Sensa Trust doesn't just audit any program out their, as you can imagine, such in depth research is a major undertaking and is therefore only performed on substantial and most likely to be legitimate programs. A program verified by Sensa Trust is a relatively big deal in terms of a programs transparency and legitimacy.

As with anything, I would not recommend that you rely on a single source of information, however, Sensa Trust is an excellent start.

Private Investors Union (PIU)

Private Investors Union (PIU) is a Sensa Trust audited program who recently celebrated their one year anniversary this February. As with most of the Sensa Trust programs, it is highly transparent and can substantiate any of their trading or performance claims with extensive documentation and records. PIU also boasts independent due diligence (DD) reports from nine other independent auditing companies, all of which reported that PIU was in fact operating as implied.

PIU offers a 8-12% return on investment (ROI) monthly, spread over four investment lines. Although the monthly ROI is variable, it is a rare occurrence when interest rates do in fact vary. A minimum investment of USD$100 applies, which is secured by a 'risk policy' that PIU implements by setting a reserve balance; you can find further details on this in the 'FAQ' section of the PIU site.

By all accounts, PIU is a reputable and highly substantiated investment opportunity that we can expect to see for years to come. If you're interested, I suggest you begin to research this company further, which you can do so by reading the Sensa Trust reports or by going to the PIU web site:

<a href="http://www.private-investors-union.com/merovingian/"target="_blank">www.Private-Investors-Union.com

Northsea Forex Group (NSFG) Goes Private

The highly acclaimed and increasingly popular, Northsea Forex Group (NSFG), is going private at the end of this month (25th).
